Erasmus Quellinus I (Liège, c. 1580 – 22 January 1640, Antwerp) was a sculptor best-known for classically inspired ornamentation work and copies after the antique. Quellinus enrolled in Antwerp's guild of St. Luke in 1606. He also made individual sculptures, although none survive. His work is influenced by the workshop of Robert, Hans and Andries De Nole. He was married to the sister of Lucas van Uden, Betje, and their sons include Erasmus Quellinus II and Artus Quellinus I.
